FBI arrests man in plot to blow up Pentagon, Capitol

'The FBI arrested and charged a man Wednesday for allegedly plotting to blow up the Capitol and the Pentagon.

The 26-year-old Massachusetts man, Rezwan Ferdaus, was arrested as part of an FBI sting operation in which he was made to believe he was working with members of al Qaeda, who were actually undercover agents.'

'For the past five months, Ferdaus has allegedly been stockpiling the equipment he needed for his proposed attack, including a remote-controlled aircraft, 25 pounds of fake C-4 explosives, six automatic AK-47 assault rifles and three grenades, according to the DOJ. 5. Besides Rezwan Ferdaus I'm betting that it was all FBI agents

2. I've no doubt there are plenty around who are plotting such

things, but I wonder how many would ever really ACT on their "dreams" (aircraft, explosives, grenades, etc.) if the FBI weren't standing by helping them out? I'd rather they focus on people who are actually accomplishing this stuff on their own.

I'm assuming, possibly incorrectly, that the FBI was supplying the goods, and if I'm wrong, then never mind. :)

The local Boston news is saying that he was planning on using a remote control PLANE to hit his targets.
