S. Constitution. Congress shall set forth a federal holiday for the purposes of voting for candidates for Federal office."

Amendments that have no chance of success, I suggest spending more time working to get Democrats elected to legislative offices. This "Amendment" is amateurish and has several contradictions in it that make it simply impossible.
