In the meantime, her Twitter feed and Facebook page have gone silent for the last 10 days. Her Web site has not been updated recently. And Ms. Palin has not appeared on Fox News for a week, since before the last Republican presidential debate.

In a letter to donors late last week, Tim Crawford, the chief of her political action committee, wrote that Ms. Palin was “on the verge of making her decision of whether or not to run for office.”

Mr. Crawford noted that “someone must save our nation from this road to European socialism,” and asked for money as a way of demonstrating support if she throws her hat in the ring. He gave no clue to her decision, though he added that time is “running out.”

Unfortunately, beyond vague assertions that the book is full of lies, Mrs. Palin and her cadre haven't yet explained what is a lie and what is the truth in McGinness' book. They've sort of painted themselves into a corner should they get specific, in that anything they fail to call a lie should be presumed to be the truth. And once they start down that road, they can be sure they'll be suffering the famed death by a thousand cuts.

decision, whatever it may be. All she really wants is attention, which will likely dry up once her fans realize that she isn't running for office. So what she hasn't said anything in the last few days, she's cooking up a massive plan to turn her non-presidential run in to a money making scheme via launching a non-law suit against the writer of that book.

she will take the "law suit" to the people and they will decide, much like the people decided to burn people at the stake for being a witch.

she hasn't a leg to stand on legally, because Random House being an old publishing house, always crosses their "T"'s and dot's their "I"'s before releasing a controversial book.

if she wants to get into that barb-wire, then she's a moron. But she knows better, so rather than use facts to refute the charges, she will use bullshit to dazzle her mouth breathing followers (what's left of them) to "boycott" Random House. That's really funny because I doubt many of them read.
