Republicans Cheer That Labor Leaders Murdered In Columbia

-- by Dave Johnson

Hundreds of executions in Texas -- Republican crowd cheers.

An uninsured person in a coma -- Republican crowd shouts "Let him die!"

And now, labor leaders murdered in Columbia -- Republicans say "A good start..."

See the comments under an article at The Hill about how many labor leaders have been killed in Columbia -- 15 since the US signed on to a treaty: AFL-CIO President Trumka sends list of killed Colombian labor leaders to Obama - TheHill.com
http://thehill.com/business-a-lobbying/183909-afl-cio-sends-list-of-killed-colombian-labor-leaders-to-obama

Republicans are swarming the comments. Example:

What do you call a list of 22 dead labor leaders?
A good start…

4. Something even a hungry flock of buzzards wouldn't touch?
 I won't even ask if there are misspellings on the list.

3. To those who still want a pretend sausage making process and "bipartisanship"
deal making to "get a bill through Congress", do you now know the darkness of the other side's movement yet? Do you understand why some of us want a line in the sand drawn somewhere where there is no more compromise?

11. Of course we do...but we're practical.

How would you go about this drawing a line in the sand without ripping up the U.S. Constitution? Want to get things done. Get us a strong Democratic majority in the House and a 60+ Senate seats. If compromise is the only way to get small steps done to help the American people, then so be it. This ain't the Alamo.

7. What they mean by "right to life" is "we have a right to take any life, whenever, wherever"

9. I'm sure that Obama, who's not pushing a trade agreement with Colombia and refused to hire
Holder as Attorney General once he found out he defended Chiquita's hiring of death squads against organizers, will get right on it
