Serious question regarding Perry and Bachmann

Going hypothetical for a moment and assuming Perry or Bachmann becomes presidunce, which is the most scary scenario...

A. Having a president that's is actually so fucking stupid they actually think the world is 6,000 yrs old

or...

B. Having a president that knows the world is not 6,000 yrs old, but pretends to be that fucking stupid in order to pander to a constituency that is actually that fucking stupid.
