Rick Perry is too much like George W Bush to give any credibility...
No, he is not as dumb or as arrogant as George W Bush but he is close. When he speaks and your back is to the television, your first impression is that George W Bush is on your TV. He sounds like the former worst President of our lifetimes.

The truth of the matter is that our country cannot survive another George W Bush. We might as well put our head between our legs and kiss our asses goodbye.

The corporate media is pushing against Perry and for Romney but Republican voters are a strange bunch of animals. The media says that Perry was a disaster in the last debate but Republicans do not always see events in the same way as everyone else.

Perry was leading the pack going into the debate and I suspect he will still be leading the pack when the straw poll is counted and the next poll comes out? Whether the media likes it or not, Rick Perry is presently the favorite of the Tea Party Republicans. That means he is the favorite to win the nomination. Mitt Romney defending Social Security sounds like a Democrat. He cannot win the support of Republicans that vote in primaries.

Prepare yourself. We are in danger of putting another George W Bush in the White House. If the American people have forgotten that ignorant and arrogant bastard already, then we will get exactly what we deserve.

2. I think he makes W look like a poet and a scholar...
and that's saying something. When I hear him without seeing the TV, my first impression is of Ricky Bobby. All of this is really similar to what they went through in 08. McCain was the one no one really wanted, and thus the nominee. Then they add a crazee to the ticket to appeal to their own right wing, and America votes for Barack Obama. That's why my nickname for the crop of Republican potential nominees is this: The Committee To Reelect the President. Because they might as well be.

3. Funny, I wish he were more like George W Bush.
He would be a lot less frightening.

4. "The truth of the matter is that our country cannot survive another George W Bush."
That is indeed an undeniable fact of reality. However, it is becoming increasingly clear that our country cannot survive another Barack Obama either.

The US is in need an executive that has experience in something other than the legal profession...a real CEO with an established track record in the real-world that exists beyond the realm of Washington DC.
