The dark horse, John Huntsman....
He is banking on Romney and Perry killing each other and then appearing as if he is the only sane guy left.

It could happen.

For your Friday night enjoyment...

3. Oh, oh, Mitt and Jon wouldn't like that.
Not enough beer in the world to get me to vote for either one.

But forget about Huntsman, he's through. Won't even make it into the top four in New Hampshire, and that's the place where he's strongest of the early states.

4. Maybe drink some coffee instead, then?
Whoops, Mitt and Jon wouldn't like that either... way too evil. Definitely will keep you off the holy starfleet in the afterlife.

(this one's for you, guy here last night who said I was only out to mock Islam.)

5. Ever notice how much Islam and Mormonism have in common?
They both suppress their women. They both eschew alcohol. They like multiple wives (OK, that was the original Mormons, a bit of a stretch, I'll admit). They both have a Jordan.

Lived in Utah for six months, the longest ten years of my life, and I heard these from my fellow rebels at the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble.

6. And Joe and Mo both had more than their share of pubescent (and pre-pubescent) wives...
Religious nuts are all the same. Muslims and Mormons do seem to take their stuff more seriously than others.

I'm surprised they don't have "dry counties" for coffee in Utah.

2. That is a distinct possibility...
He *almost* sounds sensible to me...

After all, Obama sent him to China as our Ambassador...

Alas.

After listening to him for about 5 minutes, I decided he was almost as bat-shit crazy as the others...

Time will tell about what will become of him...

;-)

7. I doubt it, but
If Perry starts an air war against Mitt Romney that could help Huntsman a lot. Romney's voters would go to him. It would have to be in New Hampshire though. Thats Huntsman's only chance.

9. Romney's cousin John, you mean? Third cousins. The MSM usually mentions they are "distant" cousins
Edited on Fri Sep-23-11 11:35 PM by DrunkenBoat
but 1st cousin = shared grand, 2nd = shared great-grand & grands were sibs, 3rd = shared great-great grand & grands were first cousins.

In Romney & Huntsman's case I believe they share two great-great-grands.

Somebody could come from the back of the pack to win....
