Why can't anti-Capital Punishment conscientious objectors get the same consideration for their tax dollars as anti-Choice objectors do?

However someone is bound to bring up our ongoing wars of choice on the same grounds and derail the discussion.

2. Yeah, I have asked about those wars too. It's the same basis, a conscientious objection, so why aren
't we getting political consideration for our objections to war???
