Mika Mouse just called President Clinton a "low-talker"
at the end of the interview TO HIS FACE.

Jesus, do these people know no bounds?

1. I don't get it. As one of these?
low-talker – (related terms: close talker, high talker, puffy shirt) 1. a person who talks in a low, soft voice. 2. nobody hears anything when a low talker speaks. 3. may cause the listener to accidentally nod their head and say “yes” and “oh, sure” and end up wearing a funny/puffy shirt 4. quote: “She’s one of those low-talkers. You can’t hear a word she’s saying! You’re always going ‘excuse me’, what was that?” — Jerry 5. episode: The Puffy Shirt

2. What does that even mean?
 Does it mean she thinks he talks down to people?

10. Clinton said he didn't know what she means and asked her to define.
She said it means you talk in a low voice.

I took it to mean that he doesn't shout like the people she works with or the rightwing panelists they have on. In short, it was a compliment.

9. Well considering the way she mutters into Joe's ear -she would know.
I mean she keeps up a constant stream of low talking throughout that dang show every day.
