That's what I heard on Hardball a few minutes ago.

1. His own people reported that they had to highlight stuff for him as prez
Whenever he was given documents to ready because he didn't want to be bothered with "all" of the reading. So they would take a highlighter and that is what he focused on.
Knowing this, even if he had been given a mile high amount of evidence on paper, he still would not have read it..the 15 minutes was most likely highlights only.
