Yeah, that's about right. Rich men give to foundations that give to other foundations and most of those foundations exist to pay their heirs fat salaries to get around inheritance taxes. Call it the foundation death spiral as cash keeps getting raked off for administrative overhead.

That leaves poor people taking care of poor people and just what is wrong with this picture?

Ron Paul is a walking disaster who should never be allowed around sharp objects or our government. Let him find a job as curator of some Ayn Rand museum somewhere.
