Not sure if someone stole Roku info..but I got an email to pay for a player I purchased
in May and they are saying it was never charged to my account...they have all the information, but when I go to Roku, my balance is zero...so not sure if this is a scam...phone number and address are different than the contact information on Roku's site....beware!

3. If there is a contact link on the Roku site
alert them. It's probably phishing or spam/scam. I received something similar for another company a few months back, and the real company asked me to send them the email to track.
