The Wealth of America Disappearing Into the Black Hole of Endless WAR
http://www.opednews.com/articles/The-Wealth-of-America-Disa-by-michael-payne-110919-975.html

This nation, together with its wealth and resources, can be thought of as a collapsing star that cannot withstand that immense, relentless gravitational force that is sucking it into a massive black hole; into the deep darkness of endless war.

As the several simultaneous wars rapidly continue to drain America's treasury and contribute to its massive and growing national deficit, the overriding question is this: how in the world are the promoters and facilitators of perpetual war going to find the additional hundreds of billions of dollars needed to sustain them? Where will they find the necessary funding when it appears that our national bank is nearly empty?

Here are the areas that are ripe for picking, if the operators of the war machinery are given free rein and not stopped. They will target those governmental programs that benefit the American people; they will make it clear that none of these programs are sacred and here is what they are entirely capable of doing:

Eliminate or privatize Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.

Continue to lay off teachers, police, and firefighters.
