he fights against touching these programs. Just strikes me as weird.

2. Because Obama is a chess player and you are not...
you can put something on the table you care about in negotiations that you KNOW FOR SURE the other side will not accept (becayse taxes were included) and make the other side look foolish...not sure it worked here, we shallf ind out in 2012.
