Obama's lack of vision and inspiration for 2012

I'm still wondering what Obama's re-election campaign is going to be about. In order to be elected, you have to inspire people. You have to have big and bold plans and ideas to get people excited. What does Obama have in his corner?

"I'm not as bad as the guy I'm running against so vote for me"

Dull, not inspiring and a losing strategy I think. Does Obama have any thing to bring to the table that will excite and inspire people? Let's hope so, or this is going to be a loooong and painful election season for the Democrats.
