2. Amazing that someone can NOW "forsee" something.
Did Bloomberg "foresee " the housing bubble?
the economic crash?
the mortgage mess?
unemployment problem?
Greece?
Iceland?

But now, suddenly, all the talking heads can "see" is..trouble in the streets.

8. They put a shine on that ol' crystal ball...
Good morning! I say what a joy it is to look ahead and show you the signs of your future. So much happiness is in store for you the most brilliantly lighted stars are put to shame by the brightness of your light! Oh, happiness what an elusive thing you are, but thank GOD you were born beneath this star!

Drop another coin in the slot and I will tell you more!

5. If I had a nickle for every time I heard that fucking shit.
Americans just don't do 'coming trouble in the streets' any more.

In the early years, yes. In the sixties, yes. All throughout our history, yes.

But not now.

Our current populace has no tolerance for bloodiness, unless it's someone else's.

They are too weak, too comfortable, too detached and disinterested and cowardly.

The corporate politically machinery knows this and takes it to the bank.

12. It is interesting

that Wall Street was comparatively quiet today. Maybe the occupation has caused some workers to stay home.

If I get caught in the riot I'll let you know.:)
