Really... What the fuck is wrong with Republicans?

Rachel is pointing out that the House GOPers are opposing the Intrerior Dept's efforts to regulate invasive species like anacondas and reticulated pythons.

These people are insane.

1. racism eats your head
i firmly believe that the little seed of sickness that starts as racism or sexism or another form of hate slowly takes over and eats someone's head if they don't fight that little seed of sickness

we all have a little voice from babyhood that says "my kind is better, i'm a girl and boys stink" or whatever, but healthy adults try to get over it

republicans are not healthy adults, they have decided that the little voice of hate is the voice of god and so they get tangled up in crazier and crazier bullshit, in this case, they'll do anything to make obama look bad, even if it involves standing up for the rights of invasive anacondas to feast on florida

or, as you put it much more succinctly, these people are insane

they are truly insane, they have a brain sickness, a sickness they wallow in and welcome and think is a communion with truth or god

4. It has something to do with the Equine Paradox. There are more horse's asses than there are horses.
Ergo ... Republicans!

5. OxyRush said he wants Obama to fail.

So anything the Dems in Congress or the Dem Administration wants they will oppose automatically.
It doesn't matter if the issue at hand makes sense or is needed desperately, they will obstruct the
entire process because they want to please their Messiah PimpleButt and carry out his agenda.

8. Which may not be a bad outcome.
The snakes thrive in the warm climates where most of the GOP primates come from. If enough snakes thrive, maybe snakes will wrap around their necks and strangle them.

10. Mental processing seems to be attracted to image rather than the truth.
Which still doesn't make much sense. But even as ugly an image as Rush is to us, his arrogance and self-absurdness come across as the image of the truth, to them.

I don't know. Crazy.

12. Republicanism is their new religion.
They don't accept facts and reason to explain why a regulation or a proposal is necessary. They have absolute faith that Obama is bad and regulation is bad, and anyone who says otherwise is an apostate.
