The plan calls for two parts to it--the library that all presidents build (which should actually be called a museum, since that's what it actually is) plus the George W. Bush Institute, which is a turd-polishing operation designed to fix Dubya's legacy. It is, if it does its job right, going to mold Bush into a hero who brought peace and democracy to the world instead of the draft-dodger who launched the first unprovoked invasion in the history of the United States.

I just imagine this little library in an abandoned Dairy Queen in Crawford, TX, with 6 or 7 shelves of Harlequin Romances, a full collection of Chick tracts, a dozen copies of the Bible stolen from Holiday Inns, some coloring books, and a wing built on to house all the unsold copies of his book.
