The funds from the various candidate PACs have been ALLOCATED--and those that haven't, are being used as leverage. I would be pissed if money I gave to a PAC went to bail out that shithead's district--his own network should have done a better job. All politics is LOCAL, and locally, I'd say Weiner's weiner wasn't a hit. Live with that truth.

One thing I've seen with these special elections held at random times is that extremely odd results will happen and when they do they'll get reverted back at the next major election.

I know there was a congressional district in upstate NY that we won a few months back - a seat held by republicans since the Civil War. I also suspect that will return to the republicans.
