The next Social Security question to ask Rick Perry
Perry seems to be hedging on the "Ponzi scheme" answer, but says the States should have the ability to run SS rather than the Feds. So, a simple question:

"Millions of Americans decide to move to warmer climates when they retire. If they've been paying into a SS program in their home state, should that state say they're not eligible for payments because they no longer live there? And should Florida or Arizona be able to say they're not eligible for payments because they didn't pay in while working?"
