How far of a leap from "let him die" to KILL HIM?
I've been reading the reports here of what transpired in the republican "debate."

I see the audience has no problem with "let him die." A previous audience had no problem with "kill him" with regards to the death penalty.

How far are they from "let him die!" to "kill him!"?

Who is "He"?

1. Yes.
It was not a moment to be proud of. You could tell Ron Paul wasn't going there.

2. He is
us. We are legion.

And we like to think we are anonymous.

Or ... everyone one else and not them.

We are all in this together, though some cling to the notion that this is not so.

5. What "they" don't understand, is once they are finished with "us,"
"they" are next.

3. Taliban pigliCONs are disgusting. They should all be without means and see how they feel about
their healthcare then. Would they scream let me die? Will they sell tickets?

4. Will they "scream" let you die? Yes. They will. And they will cheer on your
death as one of those "evil" liberals.

Do you doubt that?

I don't.

8. It is not just the "cheering." It is what leads to the cheering.

12. sadly, many of them are without means, but they still vote for these people.
One of my old friends, who has been unemployed for over two years now, has become a teabagger. (she used to be a democrat) It's scary to think how she supports people who completely go against her own interests. She is nearing retirement age, too.

11. They are the kind of people who lived in ancient Rome and laughed and cheered the lions on as they
ate someone up ... the difference is these people claim they are Christians and the Romans were "horrible godless pagans". What a difference a couple thousand years and religion makes. :sarcasm:

20. The republicans do not mince words with hatred of the sick. We on the other hand,
use the sick as pawns in a game of elections and posturing, while still making their lives unbearable with uncertainty. The promise then the letdowns with constant threats of cuts.
