Please, someone explain this clip "Bush Caught Lying About September 11th "
I know I have an unholy hate for the man, but why would he lie about this, or is there another explanation?

2. He's been lying about it for ten years
The law of averages would dictate that he was eventually caught.

3. Didn't he learn of the first attack before speaking to the children.
The second one during ......... but later told reporters he hadn't known about the first one until later? Something like that I think, I can't remember.

4. people want it to be a lie
for their conspiracy. Just an omission of the word that or had in the sentence. Not saying he actually saw the first impact.

6. I certainly don't want it to be a lie. ?? It just seems like more of his
never-ending litany of lies. Who knows what the hell to believe from him?

7. The man is known inadvertently speaking as well as lying

Not to mention aggrandizing.

I suspect he merely saw smoke coming from a tower on a tv news channel and heard the discussion while waiting. So he either purposely lied about it 3 months later(for which there was no need) or he imagined it up in his head that he DID see the first plane hit.

Personally I did something similar. during the SF earthquake. I swear I remembered going up and down the back stairs 2-3 times to get my family out of our house during the quake. Heroic no? In fact, i got out and then came back once during the quake(at which point it stopped). No rescuing necessary. Ahh how the mind plays tricks....

8. The mind does play tricks after or during traumatic
events. Memory can be tricky, too.

Memory can fail us, even over small things. For example, I thought for years that my first husband had recommended a movie to me that he had seen on TV. I ended up buying the movie years later. It turns out that he could not have spoken about that movie at all. It was not made until after his death.

We are beginning to see the flaws in eyewitness testimony, too. People are going to death row over faulty eyewitness testimony.

I can't really get that upset over Bush's conflicting statements about this. I may think I remember every bit of that day, but I wouldn't want to stake my life on it.

I despise Bush for other reasons, not this.

10. He said " I saw a plane hit the tower".
"on tv".
referring to the first plane.

The video states accurately that he could have not "seen" the plane hit the tower.

In another public statement, he answered a child's question by saying that while sitting "waiting to go into the class room I had seen the first plane fly into the building, there was a tv set on".

( video of THAT statement is here:) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlWSv0NZBRw&feature=related
Of course there was no coverage of the first hit.

11. Liar lies.
Doesn't sound like news to me. He's such a chronic liar he probably doesn't even know what the truth is. I don't think it means he was there watching the false flag operation take place and saw the first plane hit before anyone else and then was so stupid he forgot he wasn't supposed to have seen that. I think he heard that a plane hit, saw the tower on fire on a TV screen, and then said he saw the plane hit the tower. Because he just says stuff.
