29. What a beautiful act of kindness

I was in Cyatnites shoes nine years ago with my own daughter. I was desperate and in a state of panic. I couldn't get to her in time and had a family who wouldn't help me. I ultimately lost my battle to get to her and lost my beautiful girl.
NO ONE should ever have to go through the despicable feeling of helplessness and loss. My prayers are with this family so they bring her home and get her the help she needs. God Bless the person who who did this for this family.

74. I've done bits of good in my life, but never like this

If I'm ever in a position to be able to do something like this, I promise I will.

I've been living just above welfare level, meaning if I made a couple hundred less each month I'd be far better off with food stamps and free lunches for the kids to the tune of over $1,000 a month worth of benefits. I was also out of work for almost a month sick.

But it looks like I'll be getting a much better paying job next week, so when I pull out of this I hopefully will be in such a position.

Whoever you are, your example is inspiring, and it won't go to waste.

First off, the local food bank that helped us out when I had no paychecks coming in. They'll be getting a ton of food, more than they gave out.
