Unusual sighting: not that this means anything but,

I just got home from seeing an emergency in center city Philly, and had to drive on the Schuylkill Expressway to get home, because the river drives are closed for recreational activity on weekend daylight hours. I was driving westbound. Coming at me in an eastbound lane was a black emergency vehicle the likes of which I have never seen: it was flashing those red and blue lights in the grille area and a flasher on or near the dash. It looked to be a modified large pickup truck with a very unusual apparatus/camper-like contraption over the bed. It was moving very fast and the siren was unusual. I've seen weird vehicles in the President's motorcade over the years and this looks like a cousin to one of those modified jobs.

Maybe it had something to do with the memorial out west yesterday and today and was coming off the turnpike heading for I-95? Although if that were the case, one would assume the Blue Route rather than the Schuylkill.
