Here's my decoding: Revelations 13 says the beast of the Apocalypse would rise out of the sea on a surfboard. He will have seven heads, ten horns and no birth certificate. He will look like a leopard because his father was African but his mother was from Kansas. He would have feet like a bear which may mean Obama has hairy toes or something. Oh and isn't there a team in Chicago called the Bears? His mouth is like a lion's because he is a mere mouthpiece for the multinational corporations like you find in England which is a country that loves dragons and is ruled by reptilians who wish to make Obama do their bidding. This leads to the fact that komodo dragons in Indonesia taught him the secrets of world domination. And of course his name in numerology: 666.
