In the run up to the 2012 elections, when we have the wackiest, craziest, most repugnant, homophobic, hateful gop 'bagger presidential candidates evah and we have a huge consolidated effort from powerful corporatists and rightwingers to crush this president and Liberals, Progressives and Democrats along with him, I would like to find common ground with everyone who is on the left ~~ everyone in our big, messy tent. :hi: Now, lest anyone starts to twist my words, I'm not sayin' we shouldn't hold Obama's and other Dem's feet to the fire ... just sayin', things would be much, much worse under a repug administration. We may as well kiss all our needs, wants and desires whateveryoucallthem g'bye no matter how progressive or else if Perry, Bachmann or Mittens gets elected.
