10. Who's going to fund the enclosed, air-filtered tennis courts for the asthmatic kids?

Or soccer fields, or running tracks. As the mother of an asthmatic daughter, I'm sure she cares about other asthmatic kids who are not enrolled at elite schools with the very best facilities or have access to the National Tennis Center.
