7. Yes, it's dangerous: everyone who has imbibed it has ultimately died.
And some have suffocated when immersed in it.

But I won't sign the petition because it does not properly label the chemical: dihydrogen monoxide. The 'mon' is essential to indicate that it is one atom of oxygen per two of hydrogen. Otherwise, we might accidentally be advocating the banning of hydrogen peroxide, a useful antiseptic agent.
