3. What is with all the tax cuts and tax credits? Where is any real revenue enhancement?

Where in the hell are the needed tax INCREASES on the Well-To-Do? Did I miss the rescinding the bush tax cuts on the rich?
What about the self perpetuating wars on terrorist. You know, the ones where we are the terrorists doing more damage than the terrorists we are fighting? The ones that have cost us trillions so far.

What I am seeing here is nothing more than attempting to cross a canyon in multiple leaps.
