It's our show's birthday. We got you this.

The Rachel Maddow Show turns three today. We spent a little time today talking about segments we've loved worked on -- below and after the jump, a few favorites as picked by the producers who worked on them.

3. Rachel is terrific.
Whip-smart, always prepared, snarky without being mean when snark is called for. I would bet she'd be an absolute hoot to go out and have a few snorts and BS politics with for a while.
