Rick Perry sez: it's NOT a Ponzi scheme if you're already playing...
from the http://caucuses.desmoinesregister.com/2011/09/08/robert-reich-perrys-claims-about-social-security-are-irresponsible-and-dangerous/">Des Moines Register:

This afternoon, Katherine Cesinger, a spokeswoman for Perry’s campaign, said Perry “believes that Social Security for current beneficiaries and those nearing retirement can and must be protected.”

Rick, thanks for clearing that up...

1. Ooops
look like Ricks figured out that it doesn't help his cause to piss off the old folks. I mean who the hell else is he hoping will vote for him?

Everyone else of course can go fuck themselves according to his spokesman.

2. How would he fund the program
for current retirees if he diverted the contributions of current workers away from the program and into their privatized accounts?

3. So in other words, younger workers should keep paying for current beneficiaries
but should not expect to collect Social Security themselves in the future.
