Health-Care Law Upheld by Federal Appeals Court
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-09-08/health-care-law-upheld-by-federal-appeals-court.html

"The Obama administration’s health- care overhaul was upheld by a federal appeals court in Virginia, the second appellate court to find in favor of the government with a third having ruled against the law.
The decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Richmond today came in two cases challenging the constitutionality of the law. It deepens a rift among the regional federal appeals courts, setting the stage for U.S. Supreme Court review."

3. Oh, I'm sure that they'll report it as an example of "liberal judicial activism."

4. The last sentence has been disappeared from the linked article. Curious.
"It deepens a rift among the regional federal appeals courts, setting the stage for U.S. Supreme Court review."

I'll have to check, but I think there's only been 2 appellate decisions to date, both upholding the Constitutionality of the Act.
