Russia sets no-fly zone near Japan's air space

Japan's top government spokesman says the Russian military has set a no-fly zone for exercises near Japan's northern island of Hokkaido.

Chief Cabinet Secretary Osamu Fujimura told reporters on Thursday that the no-fly zone is near Japan's air space off the northeastern coast of Hokkaido.
