Slow news day?
I woke up this morning and it's like the newspapers went on vacation. Hardly anything worth reading on the front page.

Does anyone have something going on in their local town that's worth sharing? If so, link the page so I can get my fix.

3. It's fairly fresh news
Well, not to pinboy3niner - who is apparently very quick on the news draw. ;)

9. Thanks, blogslut
I post in the Libyan Revolution threads and don't worry about LBN. I know the newshounds there will pick up on things--before me, or after me, it's all good. I'm perfectly happy to be 'scooped'--and to be able to link to a fellow member's post.

And thanks to you for all your good work... :toast:

5. Oh, man. The Orlando Sentinel could learn something about your paper.
Since they try to cover up the news, anyway, this would be the better option. Absolutely loved the I-don't-fucking-care writing style of the reporter.
