I am not getting this? Why are there no threads on what a crappy job Trapper did
with Carney over the Hoffa comment.

Hoffa did a "take the sob's out" call.. the tea party..vote the suckers out of here.

Hoffa was not attacking an individual..

Trapper gets on his high horse at the press conference and carries water for the republicans..

He tries to trap Carney into saying the white house says Hoffa was wrong.

Carney says.. Hoffa speaks for himself and the labor movement.. (He misidentified the union, Trumpka has been making news the last week or so and looks like he got the two mixed up)

And Carney is right, the labor movement for the most part has had it up to its eyebrows with the tea party.. think Wisconsin

He (Carney) was not going to get pulled into that never ending quagmire.. But Trapper gave it the old college try..

But seriously..can we get the outrage pointed in the right direction for a change.

4. Correction.....
It's easier.

Path of least resistance from the front line activists.
They want others to fight the hard fight, just not them.

3. Except for getting the organization mixed up, Carney handled it deftly. I was very afraid
that he would comment on the substance of the remarks, which would have been a mistake.

5. He handled it about as good as you could.. I mean that was a "do you still beat your dog" question
I don't hold it against Carney for mixing up the two unions.. We have been talking AFL CIO non stop for the last week with Trumpka sooo.. if that is the worst thing he ever does, he is a genius

6. We've got a White House that could care less about unions.
Obama gives a speech on Labor Day but takes it back the next day.

That's a record for speed.
