Probably something to keep in mind/ask officials if you or loved ones are ever in ANY situation that mandatory evacs/reverse 911 calls are involved given how many of us don't have landlines nowadays. The tinyurl in his tweet is for those in the path of the wildfires.

Hopefully they clarify that for people with another announcement but I guess residents will find out if they go to register at the site. If it can't help them with this disaster, maybe it will be a "lessons learned" kind of thing for officials to educate future (potential) disaster victims in some sort of PSA to get the word out BEFORE the next disaster strikes/evacs needed.
