Here is hoping they do the right thing and allow all couples the same civil rights regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation!

2. I believe today's hearing is about whether or not....

....the sponsors of Prop 8 have legal standing to defend it in court. So far, nobody thinks they do.

I'm not sure if they're handing down a decision today or not.

...I just heard a blurb that it was before the court today.

Hoping that the defenders get cut out of it. IMO, they have -0- standing.
