Turned Rush on for a few minutes today

Caught the beginning of his show. He started going on about holidays and people not working and claimed he didn't even know today was a holiday so here is, like so many other working Americans, at work. Only union flunkies take Labor Day off. Nada nada nada.

Then a commercial.

After the commercial he starts in on President Obama and his birthday party. I'm thinking gee Rush you're about a month late and I hear him say "yesterday". A few minutes later still ranting about the president's birthday party, he again says "yesterday".
And I realize Rush is indeed talking about the party on the day following the party. A month ago.

So this wan't a Labor Day broadcast at all - it was a replay of the show he did the day AFTER Obama's birthday. Which means that Rush, who claimed he worked on holidays like any other proud American, was taking today OFF. Just like millions of other UNION workers.

The sad part is I'm willing to bet a lot of his listeners have no idea when Obama's birthday is, won't realize this is a replay and will believe Rush is a hard working American toiling away on a holiday.
