The decline in jobs was started by bush.
The fall in jobs was over the cliff when Obama took office.
Obama and the Dem congress stemmed the losses from 2009 until the repuglycans took over the house and now the decline has resumed.

Do not fucking equate Obama with bush when it comes to the economy.
