About tooth aches and heart attacks MY True Life...

I just thought I would share with you my little life adventure of tooth decay.

A few years ago I had a heart attack from 100% blocked ventricular arteries causing the widowmaker...

I survived because I took a handful of aspirin and made it to the hospital in time.

Angio and stints fixed that but lost everything to hospital bills, new personal business, home, property ect Cobra expired 5 days prior and I had not purchase personal or business insurance yet...

Depression set in and POOR personal and dental hygiene followed.

Teeth started rotting in my mouth and poisoning me but I could not afford to do anything about it...

Heart problems came back, bacterial infections destroying my heart, lungs, kidneys and liver, always tired, listless and weak...I didn't realize at first it was because of my teeth...

Finally had enough to have a couple teeth pulled instead of root canalled just pulled and be done and dentist told me...

*Look I know what you are going through so I am going to tell you something that you need to do for now on...*

*Screw the tooth pastes and whiteners you already have serious periodontal disease setting in and you have to get that bacteria out of your mouth.*

"I can't afford two antibiotics running for 10 weeks periods dude"

*forget that unless you start having any more heart problems.*

*After EVERY Meal gently brush with baking soda make sure you get it between your teeth and under the edge of your gums...do NOT brush UP and DOWN Brush down on upper teeth and gums and up on lower teeth and gums only don't shove the poison deeper into your gums.*

*Once you have so much baking soda bonded to your teeth that your mouth is going dry then start taking swigs of Apple Cider Vinegar and brush with that until fizzing stops...then rinse with warm water and you can either brush with a protective tooth paste or go without...*

(Personal note...warm the vinegar a little in a cup in the sink...GOD even a little coolness and every nerve feels like a knife blade!)

Now I have been doing this for a while now...my tooth pain has stopped, there are no more dark tar or food bacterial stains and I have stopped having heart incidents...I also am now not feeling always tired.

This is not an end all, cure all...it is just a CHEAP and easy way to improve you teeth and gums and to specifically fight Periodontal disease.

AND IT HAS WORKED FOR ME...

I can never get back the lost enamel, I still have cavities that need to be filled, but I am alive and feeling some what healthy again instead of always tired sick in bed...

THAT IS A HELL OF A LOT BETTER than laying in bed for the last few years.

Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar rocks just don't brush too hard or you will scratch off all your enamel.

Drew.

3. Baking soda and 50% peroxide 3% solution and water are a great
Cleaner and whitener yes I agree.

But it is the apple cider vinegar specifically that killed the periodontal bacteria and continues to kill it as it seeps under your gums.

I would say if you are already doing the soda and peroxide you're probably in good dental shape.

but if you notice darkening of gums and plaque build up under the edge of the gums give that vinegar a try it really works and can save your gums from receeding further.

Thank you for the kind words too, yes I am hoping to get better a little every day.

Drew.

5. You can remineralize the enamel on your teeth through diet, flossing, brushing
with baking soda, salt and hydrogen peroxide, Vitamin K2, Calcium and Vitamin D supplements. You might try oil pulling. It's easy and cheap and is at the bottom of the page I linked below. I'm glad you're feeling better and are healthier. :)

As a side note: baking soda and water makes a good natural hair wash (or so I've read...haven't tried this myself yet). Followed by an apple cider vinegar and water rinse as a neutralizer/conditioner....leaves the hair very clean with no chemicals. It's called no-poo (no shampoo). Since you have both the baking soda and acv...maybe you'd like to give it a go! :)

Here's a good explanation:

How to re-mineralize teeth enamel?
Now we now what causes enamel loss, let's look at how you can add re-mineralize and strengthen your enamel. Remember that this is a two stage process. If you don't cure the leeching of the enamel by the acids and take steps to allow for the re-mineralisation you won't be able to reverse the enamel loss.

There are several steps you will need to take the reverse the enamel loss. First you need to ensure the teeth are clean on the surface. The saliva coats the teeth and adds minerals from the trace minerals in your saliva. Avoid anything that leads to a dry mouth - smoking, alcohol etc. or reduces the amount of saliva, won't help. You want to encourage your salivary glands, and keep your teeth very clean.

Throw away your fluoride based toothpaste.
Make your own paste by mixing salt and baking soda 50/50 in a container. Then just put a teaspoon in a mixture in a small glass or cup and add a small amount of hydrogen peroxide. Just brush on. You can buy commercial toothpastes from Eco-dent - which is a toothpowder which is sold at health foods stores and Whole Foods in the US, but not in their London stores. If you have never used a toothpowder before, put a small pea sized amount on your palm and pick it up using a wet toothbrush. After that, its just like using a paste. Also good is a paste high in calcium and anti-bacterial agents to promote remineralization and reduce dental bacteria from http://www.coralcalcium.com. You can also buy tooth soap - just google it, and you will find many suppliers on-line. Or just use a natural olive oil based soap made naturally with no fragrances from a whole food supplier or soap-maker. Don't use a bar soap like Dove or other mass produced soap using petro-chemicals. Not only does it taste awful, you don't want to be rinsing you mouth with petro-chemcial byproducts. The toothsoap sounds awful, but you can used to it very quickly.

Now that have clean teeth, the important thing is now to get the saliva to release the minerals back into the enamel. First you have to add the minerals back into your diet.<snip>

11. I .have used Oram Plus for four years with much success
I order it online and it is shipped from England. This product uses natural oils to eliminate infection and strengthen teeth. A six month supply is around 100 dollars, though you use to be able to purchase a smaller amount for around 40 dollars a month. This all natural herbal solution has helped my teeth and also whitens. At one time they recommended baking soda as a pre-brush, so with this solution you use both bs and the herbal oils. I have literally saved my teeth with this, so highly recommend it, if you can afford it. I just bite my tongue and get it, for nothing else has worked as well. Thanks for info on re-mineralization of enamel. Do most of that now, so hopefully I am doing something right.

20. It's available at Amazon.com
right here: http://amzn.com/B002C0F1L4

or the single bottle: http://amzn.com/B002CRMZKC

OR, you could make it yourself. It's got peppermint essential oil, spearmint essential oil in an almond oil base. Try Mountain Rose Herbs for good quality EOs and almond oil: http://bit.ly/qulHkT It's important to have a very high quality oil, not something from the local healthfood store.

I'll also tell you that Tea Tree Essential Oil is also superb for gum problems. You could add a drop or two to the top of your toothpaste on the brush, or just rub it on the gums.

Something that's not commonly understood -- the same bacteria that cause gum disease are implicated in plaque build-up in the arteries. Why? Because the bacteria cause lesions and/or thinning of the blood vessels and the body wisely manufactures cholesterol to patch the arteries. I'm not saying it's the only cause of plaque build-up, but it's definitely something to be aware of, and to guard against.

19. If you have no other options than vinegar and baking soda
Here is a clue....start brushing your teeth with 3% hydrogen peroxide from the local super or Target. Its cheaper than toothpaste and to a large extent, it kills bacteria and germs, particularly those that cause abscess. But in the long run you need to find a way to get the teeth taken care of. In my state medicare or Medicaid pays for some preventive care (teeth cleaning) and for the tooth or teeth to be pulled but nothing else. As the very last resort, it is better to have the tooth/teeth pulled, than the deterioration of health and risking death.

If you do this (brush your teeth with HP) you will know the amount of bacteria and germs being decimated by the amount of foaming of the HP.

21. Thanks for that but the doctor explained the difference

The peroxide and soda is a great cleaner also and is recommended, but not for 3 times a day.
The peroxide although a great whitener and yes a bacterial disinfectant also strips the enamel quite rapidly if used repeatedly daily.

He suggested the soda and cider vinegar for three times a day and the peroxide and soda once a day for whitening after dinner.

I hope i explained that right and am not confusing anybody.

Drew
