Some chimps were rescued from a lab in New Mexico and were relocated to Germany. These chimps are seeing the sun for the first time. Scroll a bit. I love the reaction, and I started bawling my head off.
If this doesn't touch your heart, you don't have one. These animals are so like us. I just don't understand how anyone could mistreat them and sleep at night.
The news video is in German, and I have no idea what they are saying, just FYI.

5. Oh, that is wonderful... poignant and very telling...

Heart-breaking to think of others like them--who never got that chance. Not to mention the capture of baby chimps and wresting them away from their mothers.
