Who would you see as the most successful right wing operative?
Edited on Sun Sep-04-11 05:25 PM by Stinky The Clown
Ralph Reed, who got the religious right a lot of power?

Karl Rove, who won a presidency?

Dick Armey who manufactured outrage and then assembled a "grass roots" movement that remains an actual factor even today?

Someone else? Richard Melon Sciafe? The Koch brothers? They're not operatives so much as financiers.

Ted Olson and his Arkansas Project? Barbara Olson and Ricky Silberman? Some of them from further back? Lee Atwater? Don Segretti?

Maybe someone else?

I'm not celebrating these people. Just curious. Who do you see as the most successful right wing operative?

The orange mambo was the wanker. Ledo's was the giveaway.

3. I don't know, but I was thinking about Karl Rove this morning..
Wondering why he still has a job.

Basically he stole two elections and systematically destroyed America posing as as "Bush's Brain".

Nice resume Karl.

People don't flock to names and faces. Certainly not on the RW. You don't see stylized images of Reagan or Rove the way we had Obama posters or Che t-shirts.

Most Americans, even the squishy middle, want results, good or bad.

When Reagan and the Bushes were in power they had results; albeit bad. When Clinton was in power he got results; albeit dubious.

With Obama we keep saying, "he caved to the Tea Party!" which is just a back-handed way of saying, "the Tea Party got results!"

RWers aren't popular, they're effective and nobody likes to bet on a losing horse let alone a horse that won't even bother trying to run the race.

The home version of the game will be two in two to four weeks.
