Playing with fire
I don't think it's sunk in yet for some of you.

The teabagger strain of Republicanism is unlike anything I've ever seen. If one of them wins next year, he or she will not simply pivot into a rational centrist. They have every intention of fundamentally changing this country to fit their batshit insane visions.

1. We have to beat them
Christine O'Donnell's losing makes me hopeful. The Republicans learned the hard way there that a moderate can win but their ideal candidate, the extremist, cannot. At least in Delaware.

4. I cannot believe a teabagger could win the election. I just can't.

5. Only a person who thinks centrism is rational would fear the likes
of the current Republican field. If you have never seen Republicans like this, what can I tell you, you have not been paying attention. They have always been insane.
