8. And Bush had a GOP Congress for 6. And got his agenda, crooked as it was, through.
Without a Congress that will work with him, NO president can accomplish ANYTHING.
Keep that in mind when you next bash Mr. Obama for right wing's sake.

9. The House under Pelosi pass lots of legislation. The Senate never had more than
58 firm votes for democratic policies.

16. Let's see...there are 100 Senators. 58 Dem votes vs 42 Republican votes.
And you can't get any effective Democratic legislation passed.

The game is rigged. Who is with us, and who is against us?

In order to save the nation, the President should have stomped on Harry Reid's and other Dem Senator's heads until they agreed to end the filibuster rule.

10. Voters cut the legs out from under the Dems in 2010, or did you just forget?
Looks like one more person upset with the Dems when the US screwed up and gave Congress to the GOP.
The hypocrisy, it REEKS.

14. That's kinda hard to do when the Democratic leader tells everyone how
great the Republican ideas are and makes no case for our side.

11. I am a big Obama supporter. He is the best choice. But he MUST stop
compromising with republicans. Republican idiots take his attempts at defining policies that both parties can implement to help the nation as weakness. Time for Obama to use Executive Branch tools to shutoff republicans and get the country moving. Basically, President Obama must abandon compromise, back republicans into a corner, get the nation moving them continue to pressure republicans by becoming more aggressive as the country gains economic strength.

17. No, we voted for *candidate* Obama...
Who is only just now beginning to show hints of returning to the persona of Barack Obama once again after having been totally absent since Jan 20, 2009.

23. I'm grateful to Obama for even running for re-election and I still love him

If I were him, I would say "Sayonara" and move to Hawaii and devote myself to family affairs.

Who needs death threats and the hatred of Democrats for what is a totally thankless job.

26. Thanksless, probably - but we brought this onto himself
I worked like hell to elect Obama and still "hope" to vote for him. But unlike the pukes, we Dems don;t walk in lockstep and when a candidate - even the President, does not follow his campaign pledges he needs to appreciate that there are consequences.

I'd never vote for a republican, but I sure would propose a true progressive to run against him.
