It is very clear to me. The rethugs campaigned in 2010 on being able to create jobs. That was what
the American people wanted to hear. They won the house and immediately focused on how to control women, say no to everything that would elevate the living standards of Americans, block any legislation that dems proposed in the house. Now they have the nerve to ask about where the jobs are. Polls are 'BS' and I just know that the silent Americans who do not rant on message boards will rise up against them through all of their efforts to suppress the vote. Rethugs have infected social networks and even this board and the subliminal messages that they send constantly won't work. The majority of the people I talk with thin that they amount to a bunch of school yard bullies who have the intellect of a gnat. My worst nightmare is Mitch and his boys in control of the Administration. What we are seeing now is only a taste of how traumatizing it would become. Barack Obama might not satisfy all that some want but the alternative would be catastrophic.

2. Dems campaigned on ending war, taxing the rich, jobs, universal healthcare
How'd that work out?

Both parties play the same game

10. You attack democrats and make no effort to explain yourself.
Are you a plant? Leftstreet sound like a name that the anti-constitutional forces would come up with the draw away weak willed democrats by constantly harping bullshit and harping on the reality that democrats COULD NOT end wars and close Gitmo because of excessive republican obstruction and use of the senate's 60 vote closet veto. If you are a real democrat, why not rail to the high heavens about republican obstruction, anti-women, anti-minority, anti-gay and outright anti-constitutional conduct? Why don't you?

7. Good jobs take time to create
Republicons would come in and put taco bell aprons on millions of us the next day, and say they created jobs. I do not think there is any rational way one can deny that creating high quality jobs takes more than 3 years. Some goes for any massive social change.

11. The person that ripped the OP is a certified Obama and democrat basher.
The OP made a clear statement about what such a person likely is.

15. Just trying to talk sense to folks
It's strange that I have to come to the DU to convince people to support Democrats. But that's the way it is. I also would hope that Dems could be a little more level headed in their arguments with one another. Otherwise, the middle of the road voters might think we are nuts.

12. Hit republicans constantly and hard. Raise the obstruction and what
that obstruction has meant to average americans. Rip their freaking faces off with facts. When the economy is improving and republicans attempt to take credit, democrats should intensify their fact based attacks. Give republicans no respite, attack, attack, attack, always with facts and details on how anti-constitution actions are hurting working class americans.

14. Now, is that sensible? Is that bipartisan?
Come on. Holding Republicans accountable for the yawning chasm between their public words and their actual performance? Tut, tut! Why, the Ghost of David Broder would rise from the grave to haunt the nation, I tell you. And, since everyone's entitled to their own facts, particularly as amplified by Fox on a 24-7 cycle through numerous outlets, Republicans will successfully argue that their policies have accomplished everything from full employment to no cavity dental check-ups. And who do you suppose people are going to believe? Their lying eyes or the Fair and Balanced coverage from Fox?

8. They campaigned on getting that awful Negro...
...out of the White House.

Everyone who mattered (65+ voters, +19 R, 65+ voters +10 R in '08, the first time in forty years the +60 vote didn't go to the winner of the White House) got the message. What changed beginning in '08, I wonder?

You don't have to shout to be loud.

9. That's the repuke way.
Lie about wanting to fix something. Then do the exact opposite when fools vote for them and they win. Then blame Democrats for not fixing the problem.

Classic Rove.
