Just picture this:
Wednesday night Prime Time: a bunch of sweaty, wild eyed Republican loony tunes sniping at eachother and talking about tax cuts for the rich.

Thursday night Prime Time: a calm, composed, focused Democratic President speaking directly to the Americal people about jobs, jobs, jobs.

1. I was angry the President changed nights, real angry....but...

If the President made the speech before the debate - the debate becomes an hour of "tear down the jobs plan".

Now, the President goes last.

But - he needs to go big. I really believe that.

5. And he will offer up more concessions to the Republicans
and a token infrastructure program that the Republicans will label another failed stimulus. Whatever he does is DOA and I think most Americans have just lost confidence in him offering up any hope or change. It has come to the point that the people I know voted for him will not even admit it anymore.

10. Will NBC drop the pre-game coverage?
Because if they don't most americans will choose to watch that, not Obama even if his speech is before the game.

On edit: I missed blogslut's post, so maybe it'll work. But there's a pregame show with Kid Rock, Lady Antebellum and Maroon Five--but not sure if it's going to be televised. I'll have to check. My point is around here Thurs. nights game is huge.
