Does "PCT" mean the percentage of the total donations or the percentage of the dollar amount?

I'm guessing like most of these that come out, it's for the percentage of the total donations.

So when Obama sets up a thing where you can donate $10 by sending a text message or something like that that's been in place since 2007, I'd say he's got a pretty big head start. But I don't believe for a second he's not getting the majority of his money from high dollar donors.

Sorry. Obama's a swell president but I'm skeptical about these donations.
