I found out about the above website from an email at my job. This website might be helpful to those who were affected by hurricane/tropical storm Irene, or any other natural disaster. According to the description it gives instructions for 60 different forms from 17 different federal agencies. It also says it can reduce the number of forms one has to fill out and shortens the time to apply. I hope this is helpful.
