Women out number us. We are going down and we deserve to go down. It may be all we are good for. Cuz we sure have made a mess of things.

14. Well, since you are the one who made such a mess of things...
you should be responsible for figuring out how to clean it up.

13. The answer is no.
Humans, as a species, are not endangered.

I'm not sure what you were thinking but that is the question you asked.

Now:

WHERE IS MY PRIZE!!!!!

10. We are a plague like cane toads or rabbits in Australia - we are NOT endangered.
When there's a few hundred humans left alive, then get back to us.

17.  a few hundred humans is not a sound enough genetic pool.

evolution-wise it is too low

let's say 2-200 million.

we need a zombie apocalypse/(atomic war) to wean the losers off.

incidentally, *I* should be one of the first to go.

technologically savvy, just don't have the physical ability/skill to overcome the serious.

so i have to depend on YOU to prolong my existence past my prime.

so thanks. :D :D :D

12. Strangely - we are
but in a round-about way. There are very few environmental health protections for people. Workers have standards that were fought for by unions but regular citizens have very few laws that protect them. The Clean Water and Clean Air acts are an attempt to help.
Consumer products don't have strict limits.
But as you see in examples like the BP spill, 9/11 and Katrina, gobs of sick people mean nothing. They are on their own to try to get through the rest of their lives.

When you have gobs of dead animals or dwindling populations that can be linked to pollutants, the Endangered Species Act is used to stop that pollution form further devastating their population.
Humans have to piggy-back on the endangered species to achieve any real protection.
This is why the Rs want to get rid of it.

16. so, if we are "ENDANGERED" that means we should survive?
as opposed to those that ADAPT in a timely fashion?

As humans, we have the capacity to change the rules.

But by changing rules, are we denying nature's natural order of things?

as intelligent and "sensitive" beings we have the power.

but is it right? Is our mere sence of "justice" enough?
