Bozell: "Conservatives do themselves no favors by defending" Christine O'Donnell

From Conwebwatch "Bozell Throws Christine O'Donnell Under the Bus", Media Research Center president Brent Bozell issued a statement in response to the 2010 Republican candidate for a US Senate seat for Delaware walking off an interview on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight:

O'Donnell had no right to walk off the set. But in a sense I'm glad she did -- if it means she'll never come back. Conservatives do themselves no favors by defending this woman and she is doing conservatives no favors by going on national television programs to talk about -- God only knows what she'll talk about, or not talk about, next. Please, Christine O'Donnell, call it a day.

Now O'Donnell has jumped from merely conservative to too crazy for even an influential representative of the conservative movement to defend.
